This small unit is a Weeford house (see pictures below) with an integral run and will accommodate up to 4 small or 2 large birds.
Ideal as a broody coop; or for breeding trios of the smaller breeds and as an isolation unit for sick birds.
If you have concerns about avian influenza [bird flu] it is very simple to make this comply with the current guidelines by covering the run roof with sheeting. This will not tamper with its operation - it lifts off to access the run area. If your birds normally range beyond the house you can look at the Run panels to make large but protected areas.
This house is also popular for guinea pigs and rabbits for which a wired base can be added for £12.00
Standard fittings include lift up lid; roosting bars; pop hole; fixed ventilation and the run is made from 16 gauge heavy weldmesh.

Feeders and Drinkers appropriate for this house

4 Litre Drinker
Galvanised feeder that can be attached to the inside wall. This is more expensive but takes up less room and the feed is less likely to get fouled.
3 kg plastic feeder.
This can be placed inside the house or if you live in a dry area then outside. Bear in mind that wet feed must be discarded immediately.
Drinker + galvanised feeder = £ 30.50
Drinker + plastic feeder = £ 19.75

Softwood construction using 'Tanalised' tongue and groove cladding and framing that is either 'Tanalised' or 'Fentex' protected.
All roofs are clad with 'Onduline' corrugated sheet made from bitumen saturated organic fibre, these are hinged for easy access and cleaning on all units except those provided entrance doors.
Roosting bars are fitted.
Access for all livestock is via a pop hole with a sliding door.
High level ventilation is provided on all units plus additional adjustable vent on larger units.
All units are supplied with a solid floor.
25mm square 16 gauge heavy mesh is used on all runs for strength and security
The finished colour of the units is 'nut' brown,
fixtures and fittings are galvanised or plated.
All units are sectional and delivered flat packed with screws provided for easy assembly.
